ARTICLE 1: APPLICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

The following conditions apply to all reservations in our gîte "Chez Isabelle". Any reservation necessarily implies the total acceptance on your part of these general conditions of sale.

The price indicated includes bed linen, towels and dish towels.

The price does not include tourist tax (1 euro per day and per adult), nor cleaning costs: 35 euros per stay.

The charges for heating, water, electricity, wifi, are included in the rental price.

ARTICLE 2: OFFER

According to custom, the rooms are available from 4 p.m. and must be vacated by 10.30 a.m. at the latest.

ARTICLE 3: RESERVATION AND GUARANTEES

All reservations must be confirmed in writing (email or post) by returning the signed rental contract. The reservation becomes effective when the tenant has sent the owner a deposit of 25% of the total rental amount and a copy of the signed contract.

ARTICLE 4: TOTAL AND PARTIAL CANCELLATION

The deposit remains with the owner. The latter may request the amount of the balance of the stay, if the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before entering the premises.

If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours of the arrival date indicated in the contract, this contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of his gîte. The deposit also remains acquired.

  b. IF THE STAY IS SHORTENED

The rental price remains acquired by the owner. No refund will be made.

SECTION 5:  CANCELLATION BY THE OWNER

The owner reimburses the entire reservation.

SECTION 6:  PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE

The balance of the reservation is paid upon entering the premises.

SECTION 7:  USE OF PREMISES

The tenant will have to ensure a peaceful character of the hiring and to make use in accordance with the destination of the places. Any party whatsoever is prohibited.

ARTICLE 8: CAPACITY

This contract is established for a maximum capacity of 4 people. If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity, the owner can refuse the additional people.

Any modification or termination of the contract will be considered at the customer's initiative.

ARTICLE 9: RECEPTION OF ANIMALS

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation (unless expressly agreed by the owner).

SECTION 8: TOBACCO

The cottage is non-smoking. It is possible to smoke outside on the terrace. Do not throw cigarette butts on lawns. Ashtrays are available.

ARTICLE 9: INSURANCE

The tenant is responsible for all damages caused by him. It is required to be insured by a resort-type insurance contract for these various risks.
